01 / Can I order under MOQ for a sample run?
Yes. Sample orders down to 1–10 pcs are available on most existing models. Custom logo on a sample run requires 30 pcs minimum.
02 / What payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment is standard. L/C at sight is available for orders over USD 30,000. Trade Assurance via Alibaba is also supported.
03 / Will my design / spec sheet stay confidential?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any custom-tooled project. Drawings, BOM and electronics designs are kept on segregated project servers.
04 / Can you handle shipping & customs to my country?
Yes. We ship FOB / CIF / DDP to all major markets — US, EU, UK, AU, JP, CA, SEA. DDP includes import customs clearance and door delivery.
05 / What's the warranty on OEM orders?
Standard 24-month manufacturing warranty on all OEM orders. Extended warranty and stocked-spare programs are available for distributors.
