XsyLighting was founded in 2014 by a group of LED engineers who didn't think a reliable, weatherproof flashlight should cost a week's salary. Ten years later we still operate as a factory first, brand second.
We started with one tactical model and a 12-person team in a Shenzhen industrial park. Today we ship more than 50,000 units a month to customers across 40+ countries — but the same engineers who designed that first model still walk the production line.
Our advantage is structural: we own the factory. SMT lines, anodizing, assembly, QC and packaging all happen under one 8,000 m² roof. No middlemen, no inflated specs, no marketing tax — just honest lights at honest prices.

XsyLighting started in a 600 m² Shenzhen workshop with a 12-person team and one tactical model.
First OEM Client
Signed a multi-year supply contract with an EU outdoor brand — set up dedicated OEM line.
8,000 m² Facility
Moved to a purpose-built facility with in-house SMT and anodizing — capacity tripled.

CNC machining for body parts, in-house type-II / type-III anodizing — controls finish consistency batch-to-batch.
Assembly
4 assembly lines staffed by 60+ trained technicians. Cell-based layout — easy to switch between OEM batches and stock SKUs.
QC & Test
100% function test on every unit. AQL 1.5 sampling for cosmetic checks. Drop, water-immersion and salt-spray rigs in-house.
Packaging & Logistics
Auto-packing line, FBA-ready cartonization, in-house logistics team handling FOB / CIF / DDP shipments.
